Preventative Maintenance (PM)
Onsite printer calibrations and parts replacements to help you get a longer life out of your printer investment. These PM items vary based on your printer condition, but overall get your printer to factory defaults and precision.
Color Management Training
We train your employees to produce color consistency from print to print. In our trainings we go over the creation of media profiles on various industry RIPs, and overall color monitoring. Our methodology helps drastically reduce time for color matching and decreases waste.
Workflow Consultation
Through a full assessment of your facilities, employees and products; TUNEDColor can help your business find the most profitable and streamlined workflow that will ensure consistent printed results and open doors to possible new ideas that can help sustain and grow your business model. Support Contracts
Onsite Support Contracts
TUNEDColor Inc. offers onsite technical support contracts that can help in the transition of employees, implementation of new equipment or troubleshooting of reoccurring problems with current equipment. Our onsite contracts are broken into days needed per year, only after an extensive company evaluation of workflow. All of our support contracts can be combined or customized to create your own support solution.
Email / Phone Support Contracts
The contract support option is available to all who need technical support on the large-format digital printing equipment including RIP software, design software, and connectivity at the end-user site. This service is available during the following hours: 8am – 8pm EST for phone support and all emails received will be responded to within 24hrs of reception.
Live Chat/Remote Support Contracts
This contract support option is only available as an add-on to either the onsite support or email/phone support, and can not be contracted separately. Here an end-user will be able to write to our support staff in a live environment that can also take control of there system and walk the end user step-by-step on their own screen.
Color / Printer Monitoring
TUNEDColor can help your print shop in producing an easy and effective way of monitoring both overall color and printer maintenance. These monitoring techniques can drastically help improve the prevention of down-time, and color shifts that could be costly.
