Our onsite contracts are broken into days needed per year, only after an extensive company evaluation of workflow.

Email / Phone Support Contracts

The contract support option is available to all who need technical support on the large-format digital printing equipment including RIP software, design software, and connectivity at the end-user site.

 

This service is available during the following hours: 8am – 8pm EST for phone support and all emails received will be responded to within 24hrs of reception.

Live Chat/Remote Support Contracts

This contract support option is only available as an add-on to either the onsite support or email/phone support, and can not be contracted separately. Here an end-user will be able to write to our support staff in a live environment that can also take control of there system and walk the end user step-by-step on their own screen.
